Florentia Village aims to establish one of London’s largest creative maker hubs — a dynamic community resource designed to support the growth of independent manufacturing and design businesses.

A wayfinding and placemaking strategy was developed for Florentia Village to capture its dynamic and creative essence. This approach infused the site with brand personality while enhancing navigation at key touchpoints, improving orientation, and streamlining logistics.

This two-phased project spans 3.5 acres of mixed-use space, and the North London site features 90,000 square feet of existing warehouses and factory facilities.

Client: General Projects
Branding: DNCO
Architect: Turner Works

Scope of Works: Concept Vision, Wayfinding Strategy, Project Management, Tender Package and Production Artwork
