Rethink, Recycle, Repeat!
Collaborating with Waltham Forest Council, we aimed to redefine the typical council recycling campaign. Our unique approach centered on considering the end-users — the residents of Waltham Forest — and how they could best connect with a cultural recycling initiative.
This approach resulted in a visually bold, eye-catching, and memorable visual identity. Playful stickers, inspired by general waste packaging, became the cornerstone of this identity. Comprising icons and typography, these graphic elements interact with various surfaces, constructing a layered and textural brand message infused with spirit and mischievousness.
The campaign messaging was crafted to be concise, snappy, and memorable, providing a straightforward call to action suitable for diverse scales, from social media posts and newspapers to billboards and waste truck wraps.
